(Hong Kong, 16 July 2024) Anton Oilfield Services Group (hereinafter referred to as "Anton"), a global leading integrated oilfield technical services company, has been recognized by the international authority for its outstanding performance in the S&P Global Sustainability Assessment (S&P Global CSA Score) and has been listed in the S&P Sustainability Yearbook (China Edition) 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the "Yearbook"). This is the first time for a Chinese oilfield services company to receive this award, signifying that the unremitting efforts of China's oilfield service industry in sustainable development have achieved solid results.

S&P Global is the world's leading provider of credit ratings, benchmarks and data analytics for the global capital and commodities markets for more than 160 years, and its Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) is one of the world's oldest and largest annual assessments of corporate sustainability, which comprehensively evaluates corporations on all aspects of environment, society and governance. Selected companies must have a CSA score in the top 15 per cent of their industry, reflecting their global leadership position in their industry.

Anton's CSA score is at the leading level among its global oil and gas peers, on par with Exxon Mobil and BP. The selection signifies that Anton's outstanding achievements in the field of sustainable development as well as its excellent performance in ESG-related governance and information disclosure have been recognised by international mainstream authorities, which will further enhance Anton's brand image, market influence and business value.
